According to a recent study, young people ages 8-18 spend an average of 7.5 hours per day consuming electronic media, often multitasking with various media devises at once.
While technology adds many benefits to our lives and the lives of our adolescents, the sheer amount of time spent online, using cell phones, playing video games, watching television and listening to music can expose our kids to dangers they are not equipped to handle. Let’s help to change that!
