SAP Team Workshop
A SAP Team Maintenance Workshop is designed to promote cooperation and respectful working relationships between core team members so that they may effectively work together as a problem-solving group dealing with at-risk students. The goal of the training is to:
- Provide an experience to understand your team’s dynamic/interactions.
- Indentify specific behaviors that enhance and hinder effective team dynamics.
- Learn and practice specific skills that enhance your team’s effectiveness.
- Provide time to action plan and set goals.
