Project CONNECT Facilitator's Training
The Project CONNECT Facilitator Training will provide prospective Project CONNECT program facilitators with the basic skills needed to implement this adolescent cessation and reduction program. This one to two day workshop is offered to schools and youth-serving agencies and includes the following training goals:
- Familiarize participants with the Project CONNECT curriculum
- Teach those skills needed to successfully conduct individual program sessions
- Provide information on new tobacco use trends
- Highlight practical implementation issues

Each Project CONNECT Facilitator Training workshop plays an important role in enhancing the confidence level and skill sets of participants, resulting in optimal implementation of the program.
Project CONNECT Facilitator Training workshops can be held on-site or through open training workshops sponsored by Caron Treatment Centers at various locations throughout the year.
