Cyber Bullying
Cyber bullying is a significant issue in the lives of students. Even if the bullying takes place outside of school, the impact can still be felt during the school day. It takes the cooperation of students, parents and school personnel to stop this behavior in its tracks. This presentation goes through forms of cyber bullying behavior, why students engage in this behavior and how adults can identify signs and symptoms that a student might be the target of cyber bullying. The school’s role in addressing cyber bullying as well as how to best work with parents and students to combat this problem is addressed.
